Can’t download my profile on Xbox 360 error code 8483000E Help!

I deleted my profile off my xbox 360 by mistake without copying it first. When I try to download it to my xbox 360 it gets to about 80% and I get a message saying the are problems with the credential on my account. It gives me an error code 8384000E. Please
help!!

I got a system update for xb1 and x. I tried a 360 game on the xb1 and it worked. I haven't tried the x yet. Although It did reset my bio etc on 360 its a minor detail. Check settings on your xb1s for a sytem update. It seems to be fixed. Thanks Microsoft....
how about more transparency or communication next time? Xxx

I wondered if it was gamertag related. My gamertag is from the old system so thought changing it might help. Didnt work.

mine just did too! with in the hour of my first comment! thats crazy!!!

just did a hard rest to my xbox one x and started it up, my 360 profile was already there and clicked on it, and everything seems to be working well.

Fired up CastleVania SotN and picked up right where i left off last!

So were you having the 360 profile download issues as well?
