    Can't download my profile due to connection issue


    I have my xbox one wired. I have put it in DMZ. But, whenever I launch a backwards compatible game it tells me it can't connect to xbox live. The only answer I've found people have seen was DMZ'ing their xbox. What am I missing?

    80004005 ERROR -__- NAT is OPEN.....

    I have this exact problem with my account as well. i couldn't connect so i deleted my profile and cleared my cashe only to find i can't download my profile due to Error 80004005 - unable to download profiles at this time.

    Can't connect to Xbox live error code 80151012

    Hey there, what worked for me when this happened was once the profile download failed and the error code popped up I tested my Xbox Live connection which showed everything was working fine and my console could connect to Live.

    -

    After that I was able to download my profile without issue, so see if testing your connection after the failed profile download helps.

    I'm having the same trouble concerning the connection to Xbox Live whenever launching any backwards compatible game.

    Hey guys -

    Let's have you try clearing your Xbox 360 local storage on your Xbox One console. Start at your Xbox One dashboard:

    • Open the Guide menu
    • Scroll down to Settings
    • Select all Settings
    • Scroll down to System
    • Navigate over to Storage
    • Select "Clear local Xbox 360 storage"

    Clearing my xbox 360 storage didn't help. Before I at least had my profile downloaded. Now I can't even redownload it.

    Are you getting an error code or message when you try to download your profile? If so, can you please provide that to us so we can investigate a bit further? (Error codes will be in one of two formats: XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000.)

    I'm having the same problem, and from forums it seems that this issue has been acute for many, many people over a year at least.

    Cleaning 360 storage did not help. There are no error codes.

    Could it be because I did not have an Xbox 360 account before I purchased Xbox One and try playing discs bought on ebay?

    I have this exact problem with my account as well. i couldn't connect so i deleted my profile and cleared my cashe only to find i can't download my profile due to Error 80004005 - unable to download profiles at this time.

    Okay, so I decided to resort to deleting my profile only, and try clearing cache 3 times.... and nope still not working, and what's worse is that I can't download my profile back due to the fact I can't connect to Xbox Live. GG Microsoft.

    I've tried doing all the new suggestions now. Downloading the firmware update fixed the problem for about 45 minutes before it returned. I also can't download my profile due to not being able to connect to LIVE. Rather frustrating.
