Cant download my owned DLC

Bought abberation for ark on xbox trying to play on pc and i cant download it. It says i have it on the microsoft website and when i click download on devices my pc doesnt show up and when i go to the xbox app it says i dont own it.

Same happened to me about 30 minutes ago. I am logged into Microsoft on my PC and still nothing. Do we get a refund?

Thanks for the heads up. There's a way that you can report this kind of bug, I've linked the Xbox Support website below.

Really quickly though, have you made sure that you've got the correct account logged in?

Also, try to make sure you have the main game, I looked at one of the Images attached and I noticed the subtext below the DLC name.

Any dlc you own you can download, by going to my games and apps, highlight the game you want the dlc for, then press the menu button on the controller, and select manage game, from there any dlc you own can be selected to start the download.

cant download the new DLC still

I can see the CE content in the game but cant download it, there is a red circle behind it. The DLC is only installed on my 360 but not on my Xbox. And yes its connectet with the online pass, so i cant use this too :/ and in the DLC list in the
Dashboard menu i can see the awakening DLC and the DLC's for the bots

sorry i meant the "severed" DLC (was looking before at the wrong game xD)
