I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing content that you've already purchased. It's not uncommon for purchased content to not carry over when you upgrade to a new console or re-install a game.

If you have access to the account that you used to make the purchases, you should be able to redownload the content at no additional charge. To do this, start the game and sign in to the account that you used to make the purchases. Then, go to the "My Call of Duty" section and check if you can access the content from there.

If you're unable to access the content after following these steps, it's possible that the content is no longer available for purchase or download. In this case, you may need to contact Xbox or Activision for further assistance.

It is easy to remove a Microsoft account from Xbox One console as it is not necessary to sign in to the account. See how:

Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

Select System > Settings > Account > Remove Accounts.

Select the account to be removed, then select Remove to confirm.

When finished, select Close.

Clearing the cache:

Turn off your xbox, remove the source/cable from the socket and leave it like that for 2 minutes, then you can turn it on.

You can add your Microsoft account to any Xbox One console. See how:

Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

Select your gamerpic in the top left corner of the screen, scroll down and select Add New.

Enter the email address of the Microsoft account you want to add and select Enter.

Follow the steps to configure Sign-in and Security Options to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox One console.

You need to go to the store in the Black Ops 2 game menu to download the DLC.

When you load up Black Ops 2 there should be an option to get the DLC from there. Downloading it from the marketplace will result in you being charged again. If you don't see an option to get the DLC when you load up Black Ops 2, find the season pass in
the marketplace again, it should say "download again" instead of listing the price, once it finishes, try loading Black Ops 2 again and see if it fixes it.

Same here I changed mine a couple days ago and it does that and it makes me re-download my dlc camos in black ops 2.

Your DLC for Black Ops 2 will be available to download at around 6:00 AM the download might end up showing up earlier but will most likely not be able to download because its not ready yet. This happens to all Black Ops DLC.
