Can't download MW2?

Just to confirm, please make sure first that the item appears in your Microsoft account order history with status completed:

If that's the case, may I know if you already tried power cycling the console?
That helps to refresh the content and licenses attached to your account

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

What region is your account?

What region do you physically live in?

also a shot in the dark is the disk from your actual region

US disks do not work with EU DLC or accounts



the disks may be region free but the DLC region and the game disk must be within the correct dvd region

(pal dlc won't work with ntsc region )



the region errors don't occur except for region locked content (country region not dvd region)

ive tried this many times..ive just tried to delete the file again and it says this action cannot be performed..my xbox is running slow in general. won't load half the dashboard sometimes. this is really frustrating me now and im about to throw it out the
window then drive over it.

Am also have the problem when I download DLC Collection 4, Just played two new maps then I can't loading again.

But i can play MW2. Seem the sever have a bit problem.
