Can't Download Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition on new Computer

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

In regards to this matter, you mention that you are signed into the correct account, but have you had a chance to verify that the title shows up under your account?

This can be done by visiting the
My games tab under your Xbox Profile on the Xbox website. You can get there by using the link I provided, or go ahead and follow these simple steps:

1. Sign into
   Xbox.com.
2. Select your profile on the top right hand side and select the option for Xbox profile,

• You can alternatively select More from the tabs on the top of the screen and select My Xbox, and select
  My games.

3. You can then select My games, and filter through on the right hand side for PC titles only.

If you can verify your game is there, it should help us isolate what is causing this discrepancies.

Since it is the Windows 10 edition you can only play it on a windows computer. Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title.

I could not find and download Minecraft Windows 10 Edition in the Microsoft Store app.

Edit: didn't work on downloading the minecraft launcher

Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition runs specifically on Windows 10. If you would like to play Minecraft on Xbox One, you will want to take a look at Minecraft:
Xbox One Edition. If you would like to install the Windows 10 version of Minecraft on your Windows 10 PC, sign into the account that originally redeemed the code and download through the Windows Store.

I own the digital copy of Minecraft and have been an Insider for 3 months and it hasn't showed up for me either. I downloaded the Insider App on Windows 10 and it let me download the beta for the Windows 10 edition, but I don't own it so I can't play it.
