    Cant download Minecraft but i own it


    I own Minecraft bedrock and java and recently I got a switch on which I wanted to install Minecraft, but there is no option to connect a Microsoft account in the Nintendo shop to get access to Minecraft. Can someone please help me?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that the Minecraft license on PC which is Minecraft for Windows (Bedrock) is different from the game license on Nintendo Switch.

    This means that if you would like to install and play the game on your Nintendo switch, you may need to purchase the game on your Nintendo shop.

    And its also because he bought his xbox off someone else and they bought it now there not awnsering for the password and hes trying to call Microsoft and they either dont answer or they take to long

    Does he have the disc purchased or did he buy the digital version via the xbox store? Depending on the age of the person and the xbox settings, he may be restricted from doing so. If he owns the xbox and it the only user, then that would mean that other
    problems are occurring. What exactly is the problem and are there any messages or errors being shown?
