'Can't Download' Message when downloading Resident Evil 6

I just purchased Resident Evil 6 and I keep trying to download it (for the last 6 hours) Sometimes it reaches 1% after a long time and the it says 'Can't Dowload Resident Evil 6' I have tried deleting the cache from my console, restarting it and redownloading
more times than I care to count.

I have more than enough space and I'm trying to download it to the Xbox 360 HDD

The only thing I've noticed is that if I try to download it 5 times it creates 5 'incomplete' files

What can I do?

It still won't let me download anything.

I changed everything to adult, and I'm not underage anymore, but I still can't download the RE6 demo. I downloaded Resident Evil 5 about a month ago, yet I can't download the demo for Resident Evil 6 even after changing my settings?

I'm having problems downloading re6 from the marketplace, whenever the download % reach 79-80 download stops automatically and when i go to storage it it says the the downloaded file is corrupted. I tried downloading the game 3x times and the same thing
happens everytime, i purchased the game back when i was living in the UK but i moved back to hungary this year, this is also werid because the currency on the marketplace is still in pounds when it should be euros? I think its a region problem but i don't
know how to fix it.

 

BTW, There are no error code or anything with that error message

 

You could try deleting the incomplete files then clearing the cache and power cycling the console.

 

Ok, Just tried that, still not working

However I've realized that if I restart the download from the account menu it goes up 1% each time... hope this doesn't mean I have to do this 100 times

 

Eh that wouldn't really work... are you hard-wired or wireless? If your wireless connect with a wire.

 

Try formatting a USB drive and downloading it to that. If you cleared the cache and rebooted the console the only other thing I can think of being the problem is the HDD itself.

 

I already tried with 3 different usb drives and the HDD all formatted beforehand. I read somewhere that it may have been because of
security proofs but I also troubleshoot with that and it didn't worked. Can it be that maybe the market place is having issues? I really cannot think of anything else

 

There's nothing wrong with the marketplace as far as I'm aware of. I suggest you call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. It seems your console may be in need of service.

 

I have been with Xbox support and haven't been able to get this fixed, I checked my connection with my ISP and opened the appropiate ports. Still was not able to download the game. Furthermore I tried re-downloading some games I already had (Skyrim, Tomb
Raider) and now they're getting the same message! this is beyond frustating. My internet connection is 3mbps, the only thing I can think of is to get more download speed.

Anyone has other suggestions? I'm open to the point that if you tell me to dance naked around the charred corpses of corrupt politians I'd only ask "How many and how much fire?"

 

3Mb/s? Christ, you live on the moon? At that speed it's probably timing out. Xbox LIVE recommends a minimum of 10 Mb/s

 

Please help been trying to download games from xbox live marketplace, games will read "download complete" and "play now" and "continue. Ill go to play now epecting to see in my games, but its not there. Could they be to the Xbox 360 I had before I got the
360 slim? Please someone help me.
