    I have live but currently have no internet. I figured madden would be a good offline game but have been unable to download it. As well since I have moved my xbox is unable to play most movies. A lot of games that I already had still seem to work. Do I just
    need internet for an update or is there an issue with the console itself?

    Downloaded Madden '18 Logged In As Parent Instead of Child

    So my 11 yo son just bought an X-Box One with a download code for Madden '18. I jumped through all the hoops to create my own Microsoft account so I could authorize him to log in under his own account. Somehow I managed to enter the redemption code and
    download Madden '18 while I was logged in instead of him so if he logs in he can't play the game. Is there a way for me to 'authorize' him to be able to play or transfer the 'purchase' to his account?

    on madden 17 where it says I have points and I don't have my points in store on madden 18 I'm pretty sure I spent money to get my points so why don't they show up on madden 18

    How Download a Game that Comes with a New Xbox 1

    I can't find the 25 character code. In the description of what we bought it said the following:

    Xbox One EA Sports Madden NFL 16 Bundle, featuring a 1TB hard drive, a full-game download of Madden NFL 16, and one year of EA Access.

    I took this as meaning a free download. Maybe that's not the case?
