    Can't download included Telltale Batman episodes


    Hello,

    I bought the Batman: Telltale Series disc (the season pass including all episodes) a month ago and I was able to download episodes 1 & 2 no problem, however now it's asking me to pay for episodes 3-5. It says "Purchased but not downloaded" so when I do try
    to download them, it's asking for me to pay.

    This is a fairly old game so this really shouldn't be an issue at all. I'm not able to call support because of coronavirus. Could you please fix this?

    Are you trying to download through the game menus, or did you go to Xbox store to try to do it? I think if you go to the store itself you might have better luck with it but I might be wrong also
