    Can’t download hogwarts


    I had bought the preorder deluxe edition a month or 2 before it came out on Xbox one and on may 5 I had downloaded it and had no issues until a day ago where the game would open but say “check with whoever purchased this item “ or sign in with the one who purchased. After a while of trying the next day I decided to uninstall and re download the game only for it to be saying not compatible even though it should include both editions like in the purchase receipt. But now I can’t download or find it and it wants me to buy the Xbox version separately. I would appreciate greatly a solution thank you.

    I'm sorry to hear you're not able to download Hogwarts legacy on your console
    I want to tell you that you're not alone on this one.

    This is an known issue happening since yesterday.
    Warner Bros is already aware of the problem

    I messaged Xbox support via Twitter and they told me they informed that to the team as well.

    Hopefully this is going to be fixed soon, we may need to wait for now
