    Can't download Halo: The Master Chief Collection


    I am trying to install Halo: The Masterchief collection through Game Pass on PC directly from the Windows Store and it keeps giving me an error. Sometimes it gives me Code: 0x800704C6 saying there's a connection error and sometimes it tells me they don't
    know what went wrong. I can download other games, only this app is giving me problems. I've spent hours trying all kinds of solutions, but at this point it seems like it's not a problem on my PC but a problem with the specific app and the store.

    It's also strange that other apps ask me which drive to install in, but whenever I try to download the Master Chief collection is doesn't ask me this and immediately tries to download and fails.

    I appreciate any suggestions.

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.

    Halo Reach is not on the Master Chief Collection disc, only the Halo CE, 2, 3 & 4 are. If you want to play Halo reach, then you can purchase the dlc for the Master Chief Collection or download the Backward Compatible version.
