Cant download halo reach

I have halo reach downloaded to my xbox 360 but it doesn't pop up anywhere on my ready to install list. is anyone else having this issue and is there a way to fix this?

Halo Reach download stuck at 31%

Every time I get to 31% downloaded the xbox says Can't Download Halo Reach

I delete the downloaded files, try again and it gets to 31% and stops.

MY XBL Tag is .

Purchased Halo Reach, cant even download it.

Halo reach weird problems

I cant download the Xbox Live game for gold, it is not showing up on my xbox, or in any part, i am from South Africa, and i cant download Halo Reach coz i cant find the tab to get it from ..... please help

Have you verified that you purchased Halo: Reach from this account originally? You can do that by viewing account.live.com , signing in, and going to the Payments and Billing tab.

What is the content you are trying to download?

What error code or message are you receiving?

What region is your account?

What region do you physically live in?

There is no DLC that's over 4 GB in size. There is a forced term setup on non-GoD file sizes. That cap is 2 GB in size.

Are you by chance under the Age of Majority in your country of origin? Both titles you listed are rated "M" which would require you to be of that age--18 in the United States for example--in order to download them.
