Can't download games with my game pass membership

There's something odd that is happening to me

Ihave an account with game pass membership paid and i can play the games i've already downloaded (State of Decay 2, Sea of Thieves, Gears of War 4) as long as i have them downloaded everything is ok, but now i wanted to download Fallout 4 and The Division
to test them and the thing is i just can't download them, the message "You can play it for free with your game pass membership" is showing and wont allow me to download it, it just shows the button "Buy".

My actual membership is shared with my girlfriend and we can play together to Sea of Thieves and State of Decay 2 so everything is configured as it should be.

If you have already tried the game pass membership you can't get it at a discount

Make sure you are using the account that has purchased game pass or that you are still game sharing

With the game pass you can only download the games on the pass but you can't play online for that you need a gold membership

I'd suppose that your gold membership would carry onto the 360 just the secondary benefits such as downloading games etc would not be possible.

Thanks for the comment. I imagine that the games from the Pass membership wouldn't be available for download, but the thing now is that I can't even sign in on my 360. So I can't see for myself what is available and what is not.

You would have to install the games on his console with your Game Pass Membership.

My wife can play my Game Pass Games on her console, but can't install them herself.
