    Can’t download games onto my Xbox one s


    I have been trying to download Dirt 5 onto my Xbox one s but it keeps getting stuck at 11.2%. It has been doing this for the past week and won’t continue passed this point. I have tried almost everything the internet has told me to do and nothing has worked.

    If there is, can you unplug it and Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

    Once done, please check if the issue still persist while the external hard drive is unplugged.

    Note* I am currently playing on a Xbox One S and I am switching to my Series S in a few weeks. Will I be able to download the game automatically onto my Series S or will I have to pay for the game again ?
