    Can't download games on Xbox 360 79% error


    I can't download any games I've purchased on my Xbox 360 (Perfect Dark, Worms Armageddon, Sonic Adventure 2)

    The games start downloading, then it reaches 79% and hangs, before reverting to 0% and saying 'Can't download game' It does it with every game regardless what I do.

    It's definitely on Xbox's end, I've tried on two different Xbox 360 s, on both mine and my Dad's account too. Different hard drives (official and external) both our Internet providers, mobile Internet.

    I've seen lots of other guides and suggestions online and I've tried them all, deleting cache, formatting the system, removing the hard drive, resetting the network, downloading whilst playing an arcade game, downloading in sleep mode, everything, and I can't find a fix for it unless Microsoft does something on their end.

    If anyone else has this issue please make some noise and let xbox know, I don't know if there is any way to fix this. It looks as if the xbox 360 online service might be on the way out?

    I tried deleting the game content from had and tried downloading again. The download stopped always at 79% with error 'can't download game'.

    Yes my account region matches my actual region. I wouldn't be that stupid to try all this and not even notice the very first thing every other reply to this issue mentions.

    The actual Microsoft help team asked me to try using my mobile Internet as a last resort. Blame them for that one, not me.

    If they don't want to support the 360 anymore fair enough, just don't charge me money for a rubbish service that doesn't even work anymore.

    Does your account region match yoir ACTUAL region? Which that is a sign of

    If not that would be why.bc titles are REGION LOCKED

    keep in mind mobile internet is NOT MEANT for large downloads or consistent highspeed connections

    You are better off with a broadband provider

    Even satilite is better then 3g or lte

    So if you are in canada or mexico with an us account that wont work
