Cant download games from xbox and microsoft store. Can't download xbox.

Is the second time that happen. At the first time I reboot the pc but after 1 month that happen again, but i don`t want reboot my pc.

I can`t install xbox and games from microsoft store. It`s the second time. I`m getting upset with microsoft.

Sorry about the lack of informartion.

Im not on xbox, im on windows 10 but there was no option for that so I choose xbox and games...

I am using the microsoft store app. What is the xbox beta app and how can I download sea of thieves and other stuff from it.

EDIT: So the xbox beta app worked for me but I still cant download anything from the microsoft store!

I disabled game bar from the settings because I heard that he is bad. does it make any difference if I enable it?
also yeah I can download it from microsoft store it's just that microsoft store is worse in terms of download than xbox app that is why I'm using xbox app instead of microsoft store I will try to download the game from microsoft store and see if the problem happens there also I can open the game from desktop if the problem doesn't happen to me but when it happen I can't open the game from : desktop , xbox app , microsoft store
and I don't have any antivirus or firewall I only use windows defender
