cant download games from the beta app on pc

Three days ago my installed games stopped working, i redownloaded them but most of them stop on 89% and then it just cycles the same loop of downloading 4.4mbit and nothing happens.

the weird thing is everytime i try to Contact support it says something Went wrong.

ive tried all the troubleshooting online like switching drives clearing cache and restarting my internet and pc etc etc but nothing works.

i have game pass ultimate

games that work

gears 5

dead cells

saints row

hollow knight

games that doesnt work

marvel vs capcom

forza horizon 4

worms

metal slug

rise of nations

ruiner

blazing chrome

goat simulator

as you can see theres no ryhme or reason which games work they are all from different Publishers and are different sizes.

i would really apprecieate any help i can get since contacting microsoft doesnt work either.

I cant use the normal xbox app, cuz I need to use the beta app to download the games from the game pass.

i dont if this help any. it says " wrong show information" in swedish. when i click information i get the errorcode 0x80246019. sorry for the crooked pic it uploads it that way whatever i do.

I would check to verify if there is a system update for Windows under Settings > Update & Security. After that, check the Windows Store for updates by opening Windows Store, clicking the three dots in the top right and selecting Downloads & Updates. From
there, click "Get updates" and it'll get all the apps from the store that need an update and you can initiate it from there.

If there are no updates, or there were updates and they didn't seem to change anything, I'd recommend you try downloading the titles directly from the store. The Windows Store recognizes Game Pass games, and should allow you to install them from there,
and I'm curious if it would behave any different starting from the Store; that would point to an issue with the App instead a computer configuration problem.

If you're still having issues initiating from the store, then let us know and we can find some other troubleshooting steps to identify where the problem is.

My timezone was correct.

I tried reinstalling Windows instead. But to malemy day even more fun it didntd work becsbec my drives were wrong somehow, funally sovled that in bios and now i can't download any updates, im trying to fix that right now but im starting to suspect foulplay
because this is just ridiculous.

Hopefully i get Windows to download its updates and a new clean install of windows make my gaming problem go away.

windows is fully updated.

i put in a new ssd and 16gb more ram but the games worked just fine for Three Days after that, i assumed it was because i had a new drive but i removed that and the ram and tried installing my games on the old drive but it still wouldnt work.

all other games from steam and origin work just fine on both drives
