can't download games at 80%, corrupt file

Hello everyone,

I have the same problem with different games, the download stops at 80% and sends the message "can't download game" then i find a corrupt file in storage, i've read that it may be regions problems but my account matches physical location, Italy

the games are:

south park TSOT

sacred 2

resident evil 6

batman arkham asylum.

The first three games were bought on sale, batman with a redeem code.

I've tried to delete cache, redownloadin profile and download other games first try

someone has a clue what is going on?

"Can't Download Error"

i recently purchased battlefield bad company 2 on xbox.com. and i am tryign to download the game to my console. the problem comes when the game gets to 80% downloaded and then quits and says "can't download" and completely corrupts the file on my harddrive.
i have tried clearing cache. and deleting marketplace data. and i have also tried to open xbox live ports 88, 3074, 53, and 80 but nothing seams to work. can someone please help me. thanks in advance

 

Apps not loading

contacted customer service..had 1 corrupted file....deleted it...cleared cache...deleted profile only....restarted console...downloaded profile again....then everything worked

to find the corrupted file...go to settings hard drive and look for each possible file...the corrupted file has a warning sign.
clearing cache - hard drive...press Y - did that 3 times

Hi,

i'm using the xbox original hard disk, i've recently download three games first try, it's just those specific games.

Is it possible that i've bought them from a different marketplace? because it may be those games were on sales in other country, and i've searched them throught games search, not deals with gold on the dashboard

 

Hey STARbyBLOOD! It may be an issue if you're physical location doesn't match your set region. VPN's can cause issues with where your physical location is coming from as well. Are you using a VPN at all? If not, double check your region and make sure its
set to your physical location. Post back and let me know!

No i'm not using vpn's and the region matches, i was thinking of using a vpn and try to solve this, but i guess is against the terms of service.

I'll call the support this weekend btw
