    Can't download items from the avatar store

    Need assistance, every time I try to get an item from the avatar store it tells me my purchase was successful but my download queue is full. To download the item to your xbox, remove items from your queue. When I go to my queue there
    is nothing there. How can I get.this fixed?

    Hello Nidhin_Felix, I'm glad you were able to solve the problem, if you have more than one account on the PC sometimes the App can take over the account that does not have the games, another way to check the game you own and log in with the account that bought the games in the Microsoft Store App, then go to Library and filter by games.
