Can't download from purchase history

    Can't download from purchase history


    World gone sour can't be downloaded from purchase history. I click and it says "sorry this item is no longer available" Strange, I have other games that have been delisted and I'm still able to download them from my purchase history, games such as mvc2,
    golden axe, marble blast,Simpsons arcade etc... Can I get a refund or something? Shame that it's gone. It was such a decent little game.

    Bonxy, you can't download TV/Movie content from your download history on xbox.com.



    I believe I've fixed this for you, please try refreshing your purchase history and see if they show up again.

    Your purchase history can't be erased because is recorded in your profile account. If you need to change the HDD do it and redowload again the games you purchased from your download history.

    Sometimes delisted games get completely removed. I believe it has something to do with the licensing. While I doubt that you can get a refund (especially this late into it), you can always try contacting billing via phone support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

    You may need to download the games from within the trilogy app. See if there's a way to open it up. If it was never downloaded and you can't find it on your hard drive then go to the download history of the account that made the purchase to redownload.

    You can access your purchase history on the dashboard by going to System>Accounts>Download History.

    The game has been removed from the store by the developer, it is no longer possible to buy the game. If you purchased the game, you can download it again from your download history. If you can't find the game in your download history, I recommend checking your account purchase history to find the account you used to purchase the game.

    you don't get a code if you purchased from the microsoft store, it will be in your purchase history or download history to download to your computer, it has to be downloaded from the account that made the purchase.
