Can't download F1 2020 or RDR 2 from Microsoft Store

I bought RDR2 and F1 2020 for the XBOX back in december and am now trying to download it on my PC but can't find it anywhere on the store.

Looking under my games in the XBOX companion app also doesn't display my games. I looked through my purchase history and the purchase is there, so I am on the right account. So where do I find them and how can I download these games?

These games are not Xbox Play anywhere titles, if you want to play them on PC you'll need to purchase them separately for the PC.

I have the same problem.

I can't download certain software from the MS Store or Xbox (beta).

For example,

”Microsoft Flight Simulator”

”F1 2019”

But, I can download “Forza Horizon 4” etc...

I changed my local account and Microsoft account (and re-contracted the xbox game pass), but it didn't work.

I'm playing also Motorsport 7, F1 2019, Watch Dogs, RdR 2 and I don't see any stutters problem.

Edit: I can't download RDR and Magic 2013... I didn't try other games since these 2 are not being downloaded.

Unfortunately, you can't transfer save game data from one account to another. Backup and Transfer will only transfer general settings of the console, not user specific data.

Since you can't seem to start the game on your old account, it might be that the savegame data became corrupted. If you are lucky, the console hasn't uploaded that corrupted savegame data to the cloud yet. So you could try the following (as you can't access
your current savestate anyways, you wouldn't really lose something that you can't access anymore):

Go to My Games and Apps and find F1 2020. Press the Menu button on the controller and choose to manage the game.

Choose the option to delete the save game data from this console's storage.

DO NOT delete the savegame from all consoles in the cloud storage!!!

After clearing your local (corrupted) copy of the save, restart the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

After you restarted the console, start F1 2020. It will show that it's syncing game data. DO NOT INTERRUPT THAT PROCESS!!!

If the console was able to download (a hopefully uncorrupted) version of your savegame from the cloud, you should now be able to continue your F1 2020 game.

If the game still crashes, then I'm afraid that your save became corrupted, and there is nothing you can do but start over.
