Can't Download Dragon Ball Z:Battle of Z

Everything downloads fine but when i try to download this,goes to %80,then back to %0 again.After a 10 minute pause,Can't Download message appears.

How do i fix this?This is REALLY annoying.Every game,movie etc.works fine and downloads fine.Any tips/help?

Sorry to hear about the issues with your downloads! Let's run through some troubleshooting stuffs and get you back and running!

First off, can you do each of these steps in order:

1. Delete the content you're trying to download, you can do that by going to your
   system settings, then go to memory, select your
   storage device, select Dragon Ball Z, select
   delete.
2. Clear your cache, you can do this is by going to your
   system settings, then memory, highlight HDD, press Y, clear
   system cache, select yes.
3. Redownload it from your purchase history do this by going to
   Account Management, then Download History, select
   content and then download it again.

After you've tried these steps, make sure you come back and respond with your status.

I'm sorry to hear about the downloading issues you're experiencing with Dragon Ball Z.

I see that you've tried all the troubleshooting steps above and it didn't quite work out for you. What country are you currently in? And what country/region is your LIVE account registered to? if you can, check the game and see if it isn't causing a issue
with your region.

 

I currently live in USA and my account's region is registered to USA.I don't think there's a problem with that.

 

Are you talking about a us base or continental us or a territory

Territories have issues because of the geoip including us bases

Us bases use foreign connections not actual us connections which would be the cause of your problem

Or if you live in a border town and getting a mixed geoip you need to contact your ISP for a IP and gateway reset or troubleshooting with downloads
