    Can't download Dragon Ball Xenoverse


    I purchased Dragon Ball Xenoverse on 8/22 and have not been able to download the game. I have exhausted all the troubleshooting tips.

    My broadband is fast, Its hardwired. I've removed every partial download and emptied both caches. I have plenty of free space on my hardrive.

    I noticed when it starts downloading and gets to 4% it flickers back to 0% for a brief second then continues on 4%, when it reaches 5% again quickly shows 0% the moves back to 5% it is then steady until after an HOUR or so getting to 26% it disconnects from
    xbox live.

    Im in the UK and my gamertag the same.

    Invited to Preview Program(a month ago) and still no message

    Also I have a digital xbox 360 copy of dragon ball xenoverse and I can't get it to download to the Xbox one version

    i cant install the season pass!!

    I'm having the same issue with Dragon ball xenoverse, can't remove it to reinstall the season pass and there's no option in the game to turn it on..

    Thought you may be interested as there are HUGE savings on them. The only one not on sale is Kakarot which only just released.
