Cant download Dragon ball xenoverse

I've bought this game, was mid downloading when my Xbox went to sleep? Started back up and it said couldn't download. So tried redownload and get this error at 0%.

Tried clearing cache etc as instructions in support show. But nothing is fixing this. Any other ideas how I can download the game I've paid for?

There has been an Xbox Live Status posted that affects the services: Downloading items that you already purchased.

You can read up more on the statuses that are currently limited on the
Xbox Live Status Page.

Also, have you tried deleting the game and re-installing it? Is Dragon Ball the only title you can't download?

Morning! I did check that status page but it talked about avatars and so on. Not actual games.

Its not in the installed games to delete though.

 

I am having this same problem, bought the game a few days ago and it will not download, get "can't download" error every time I try.

 

My friend X Guietus Garus is having the same problem i can't get on my xbox to try because my only controller broke on me

 

I just realized something try reseting both your router and modem and see if that works.

 

Dragon Ball Xenoverse broke my Xbox 360 reader, I have an elite with no hardrive and I installed it into one of my flash drives and it just broke my disc reader, it sucks
