Cant download Dead Space 3 :( :(

when i try to go download dead space 3, it says something like sorry you are not allowed to make this purchase, try to complete the transaction from xbox.com

yes my account is part of a family and is a child account but i was able to buy GTA 5, so i shud be able to buy all content..

spent like 20 minutes trying to figure it out with a xbox employee over the phone-- basically told me it doesnt work ++ she said that problems never last for more than 2 days tops~~ so i have feelin this is a different kind of problem..

ps ive tried buying it on the website from my computer too-- doesnt work
