Can't download Dead or Alive 1 Ultimate on Xbox 360

This is definitely an error on Microsoft's end. I'm not sure why you jumped to the conclusions you did.

This was purchased on my 360 console; I am dealing with the same problem.

That because you downloaded the wrong version

As noted by the xbox app

It's bc for xbox one NOT xbox 360

Xbox 360.bc has been dead for decades

The version you must download is DOA ultimate which is the patched version for the xbox 360

The doa 1 ultimate uses the xbox one/series xbox emulator with the fps booster which the 360 doesn't have

I see, but why it is purchasable from Xbox 360?
And that doesn't even make sense considering Panzer Dragoon Orta was released digitally in 2018 and works (almost) perfectly on my Xbox 360 (I've even heard they ported a patch from Xbox One that fixes some crashes in the PAL version)
Anyway, can you link me to the version I must download?

Thanks for your reply and for working on this so close to the holiday. I really appreciate it. After spending many hours downloading several games, here are my updates.

Nier is now showing up on the Xbox 360 marketplace and I was finally able to successfully buy it from the website and downloaded it to my Xbox 360. This issue resolved. Thank you!

I was finally able to successfully download Dead or Alive 1 Ultimate, Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate, Dead or Alive 3, Manhunt, Max Payne, Max Payne 2, Munch's Oddysee, Red Dead Revolver, STAR WARS Clone Wars, and STAR WARS Episode III to my Xbox 360. This issue resolved. Thank you!

Unfortunately, Advent Rising, Gladius, Otogi: Myth of Demons, Otogi 2: Immortal Warriors, STAR WARS Jedi Knight II Jedi Outcast, STAR WARS Starfighter Special Edition, and DEAD OR ALIVE 4 are still not showing up on my Xbox 360 to be download. These games are not in my download history nor are they on the Xbox 360 marketplace.

I added Advent Rising to the list. Given what you said about the other 5 games, then that just leaves Advent Rising and Dead or Alive 4 as unresolved.

No games were bought on the console. All were purchase on the website.

All games are backwards compatible and have been downloaded to the Xbox One with no issues. The issue is with the Xbox 360 only. Typically, newly released BC games are also made available to download to the Xbox 360 in addition to the Xbox One.

Correct, I am still not able to buy Nier.

FYI, I just bought Advent Rising from the Microsoft web store (game is not on the Xbox 360 marketplace website), I am going to see if I can download it to my Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
