Can't download Dark Souls

    Can't download Dark Souls


    This morning I tried to download Dark Souls.

    The game appeared in my active downloads for brief moment, before my Xbox flashed the message saying "Can't download Dark Souls".

    I checked the internet connection, and it seems fine. Is it my Xbox, or is there some problem with the download?

    Any help or advice would be most appreciated! Can't download Dark Souls :)

    Dark Souls Code not received

    I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 with promotion for the free backwards compatible Dark Souls. Dark Souls 3 is great but have not received code to download Dark Souls.

    Can't download Dark Souls

    Try now as with most updates to the dashboard take time to fully work

    Example

    Dark souls may have appeared on the dashboard visually but the data for the download may not have be uploaded yet.

    Basically you tried to download something at the point they was updating the system

    sort of or something like that

    When I try to download Dark Souls,it says "This game does not match your console. It will not be downloaded, and you have not been charged" Can anyone help??? I have my Xbox correctly set up and it's in U.S. and English. What's happening?

    got it working, just deleted Market place file on System Items folder, cleared cache 5 times and deleted the system update" left bumper,right bumper and X on the highlighted Storage, after console restarted, downloaded again system update and game is downloading
    now

    Turns out if it says that then you need to change the region you selected when you made the Xbox LIVE membership.

    I just purchased Dark Souls earlier today on the xbox on demand store. I, then, canceled the download for later on. But, when i went back to the download history, it didn't show Dark Souls on there. Any Ideas???????

    Dark Souls Not working

    You may have an error on one particular section of your hard drive, try this.

    Delete the dark souls game from your hard drive, then go to the marketplace and download any free game demo, then re-download the dark souls game.

    This will put the dark souls game on a different section of your drive, and may fix the issue.
