    CAN'T DOWNLOAD CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS 2


    I am having a problem with a game on XBOX 360.

    I tried several times to download it but when this reach to 80% it just cancelled, after this stop XBOX says "Call of duty Black Ops 2 can't download".

    Its not the account because i downloaded other games and it didnt stop. I tried every step of this issue from your site page and it didnt work.

    Also, i did the license transfer and it didnt work neither. I delete the cache from the hard drive, i delete and re-download the account too,

    i deleted the market place data (i dont remember the name), every thing that you have on the site. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

    PD: I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD THIS GAME SEVERAL TIMES (9 TO BE EXACT)

    PD 2: I DELETED EVERY

    DATA FROM THIS GAME THAT WAS CORRUPTED

    PD 3: I DELETED AND DOWNLOAD THE UPDATES OF MY XBOX 360 AND IT DIDN'T WORK

    That's usually the sign of a region issue. Does your account region match your physical location?

    No. I moved to another country. I changed the region but it seems that my new region is not on the list of compatible with xbox live, so i removed it. Also it didnt let me download the game neither.

    If you live in a region that is not support by Live, then the game would not be available for download there. You'll run into that issue with any region locked games you try to download.

    There's no way around region locking. You would have to buy the game on disc in order to play it.

    Not all games are region locked. So you will be able to download some of them without any problems, but any games that are region locked will give you the same error.

    To be confirm, the regions are:

    • NTSC-U/C
    • NTSC-J
    • PAL
    If this is what you have thinking, im in the same region (ntsc-U/C) before and after. I just change the country but still the same region
