My friend is haveing a problem downloading DR3 day one edition

he owns the game and he cant download it / play it

I accidentally deleted my game from my games, and I go to the marketplace and I have to buy the game. I got this game when I got my Xbox 360 and I reedemed a code to get it. I still have the game in my storage.

 

Does he have the disc purchased or did he buy the digital version via the xbox store? Depending on the age of the person and the xbox settings, he may be restricted from doing so. If he owns the xbox and it the only user, then that would mean that other
problems are occurring. What exactly is the problem and are there any messages or errors being shown?

 

hes 16 no parently controls and its says he doesnts own it but he already bought it

 

And its also because he bought his xbox off someone else and they bought it now there not awnsering for the password and hes trying to call Microsoft and they either dont answer or they take to long

 

Same issue here. I've got in touch with MS Support a few minutes ago.
