Can't download Burial at Sea Episode 1 and Episode 2 (1 of 2) on Xbox One

Just bought the season pass whilst it was on offer in the 2018 Spring Sale.

To download the DLC, you have to manually enter the game and go into the "Season Pass Store" and download each DLC via the in-game interface (to avoid being charged a second time by going directly through the MS Store).

I followed these steps, and for each DLC it advises you that this process will add the DLC to the Xbox One's "Ready To Install" list under the "Manage Game" options for Bioshock Infinite (long winded process due to the Backwards Compatibility emulation).

When you follow these steps, Clash in the Clouds and
Burial at Sea: Episode 2 (Part 2 of 2) are the only DLCs that appear in the "Ready To Install" list.
Burial at Sea: Episode 1 and Burial at Sea: Episode 2 (Part 1 of 2) never appear, thus making it impossible to play the DLC on the Xbox One.

Any suggestions on how I can download these 2 pieces of DLC? As mentioned above, due to the way the season pass works you can't do any workarounds like forcing a download from xbox.com or the MS store, so there don't appear to be many options available...

BioShock Infinite Burial at Sea Part II Unplayable

Hi KAP68, noticed you said you have have both parts of burial at sea. Did you know that part 2 of burial at sea has 2 files to download. If you look in the marketplace Burial at Sea Part 2 file 2 is available for free, but you have to pay for file 1.
Once you have downloaded that you will be able to play it. Here is the link for episode 2 file 1

BioShock Infinite SEASON PASS Not Working

Hello, i'm not able to download all the season pass content. Can download only Clash in the Clouds and Burial at Sea - Episode Two (2 of 2) so
missing Burial at Sea - Episode One and Burial at Sea - Episode Two (1 of 2). Seems like its a common problem lately, so please remove the season pass from the marketplace.

 

I am not 100% sure what you mean by being charged again by Xbox for DLC. If you own the Season pass you should be able to download it from the store on your console.

Just to clarify, did you navigate to the "Season Pass Store" within the game and then select the option to download Burial at Sea: Episode 1 and Burial at Sea: Episode 2 (Part 1 of 2)? Although you would be prompted to confirm the
purchase, you should not be charged again for this content as the price for this should state that it is free. After you confirm the purchase within the in-game store, are you then able to see if this content is in the ready to install section when you

manage this game?

To clarify, yes I followed the steps outlined in my original post for each of the 4 DLCs, including Burial at Sea: Episode 1 or Burial at Sea: Episode 2 (Part 1 of 2).

After you confirm the purchase of Burial at Sea: Episode 1 or Burial at Sea: Episode 2 (Part 1 of 2) within the in-game store, nothing appeared in the "Ready to Install" list. Even the in-game store didn't label the DLC as "PURCHASED" as it had done for
Clash in the Clouds and Burial at Sea: Episode 2 (Part 2 of 2).

I have actually spoken to someone on web chat since writing my original post, and they have helped me with a workaround whilst escalating the overall issue to a support team. To be honest I didn't expect such a quick response on the forum, but thanks for responding!

@Ambassador Zemi: Some Xbox 360 season passes worked slightly differently to how X1 passes work these days - they were more like 100% discount codes automatically applied to in-game shops through which you downloaded the DLC, rather than automatically associating
your account with the licenses to the individual DLCs on the marketplace. Hence why you could end up paying twice if you didn't follow the correct purchase route.
