Can't download Bioshock!

I've tried following all those steps and also deleting & redownloading my gamer profile to no avail. It's curious it's apparently a problem occurring only with Bioshock. I've contacted 2k about it, still waiting for an answer.

Can't download Bioshock

Last night I bought Bioshock and Tomb Raider Legends. Bioshock would gave a "can't download" message after 4.6GB, but Tomb Raider downloaded just fine. I've tried a couple more times to download Bioshock, but no joy. I want my game, or I want a refund.
Please help!!!!

 

Have you looked to see if there is an incomplete download of Bioshock already on your hard drive?

To do this you can go to settings - system - storage - your hard drive or memory unit - games and apps - and then Bioshock. If you see an incomplete game file (looks like a yellow exclamation point) delete that file and then try your download again.

I have the downloaded Bioshock on my console and its been running fine.

Another thing you can try is to delete anything Bioshock related off of your hard drive and then download something small like an app. Then try the Bioshock download again.
