CANT DOWNLOAD BATTLEFIELD 1 WITH PROMOTIONAL CODE

I cant use the 25 digit code to redeem the game. I have tried on my laptop, ipad, phone, and on my xbox one S which is only a day old.

everytime i enter it, i get the same message "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page."

This is obviously not the case as i have above mentioned, I have tried on many different devices.....

I was told by a Microsoft answer Tech that If i posted this on here I could quote "I see, thanks for that, don't worry we can still do something for that code. All you need to do is go to our promotional forums Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. and
post this, so that our promo folks can help you redeem or replace the code for you."

So please.. help me as Ive owned an xbox 360 for 4 years and have only purchased the new xbox one S a day ago and can't believe this is happened.. really frustrating.

BattleField Bad Company 2 Vietnam Patch Cant Download When Reach 1%

i bought a battlefield bad company 2 With and VIP code.wHEN I GO TO mutiplayer its said Vietnam Patch For Free i download it reaches 1% and said it cant download.is it because of the VIP code of the mode that i download earlier before i download the patch
so it cant download.PLease Help Me i wan the VIP MAP

 

i accidentally cancelled my bundle game from downloading

i purchased the battlefield 1 xbox one s bundle and i tried downloading it but i accidentally cancelled it now if i enter my code it says its been redeemed now i cant download it

Xbox.com profile and I can see that you've unlocked achievements in Battlefield 1 over the weekend. I'm guessing you were able to eventually figure it out and redeem your code, correct?
