Can't Download Batman 3 LEGO

Bought Batman 3 Lego for the kids. Paid and received an email confirmation. Game has not downloaded. Nothing in the Queue. When I go back to the game in the Store the only options are "Manage" or "Pin". If I click Manage then I end up with a blank screen
save for "Manage Batman...." Tried to get online support and went through the hard reset but then they stopped answering me so a very good use of 45 mins.....Anybody know how to sort it. We have a good internet connection, plenty of hard drive space. Almost
feels like somebody at the Microsoft end just needs to reset. Thanks

Sorry to hear it. Which region (country) do you live in and which region is your gamertag set up for?

Also, have you gone to My Games & Apps to see if it's downloading? Check the Queue. If it's not there then scroll up to Games then all the way to the right to see if it's in your Ready to Download list.

 

Thanks for the response. I live in South Africa and all seems to be set up for South Africa (we have previously bought games - Plants vs Zombies without an issue). I went to Games and Apps. The only option available on Batman is to "Manage" (which does nothing)
or "pin/unpin". Going to the far right just shows "Find more in the Xbox store". Nothing in the Queue. When I log in on my computer and go to games and find Batman it says already purchased, but nothing on the Xbox. Any other ideas? We have only used 17% storage
so plenty of room.

 

Was it the regular game or the Deluxe Edition that you purchased? The reason I'm asking is that only the Deluxe Edition is available in South Africa. If you attempted to purchase the regular game then that would suggest that your gamertag is set for a
different country than where you live. That would be the reason you're having issues download the game.

 

Many thanks - it was the Deluxe Edition and sadly still not downloading, though Microsoft were very kind to email me the tax invoice today, which was nice! I will hopefully pluck up the courage to try their online support again tomorrow and hope that I emerge
before Christmas
