Can't download avatar

    Can't download avatar


    Hello!

    Today I received code to activate exclusive Yarny avatar from the Unravel game.

    I redeemed that code on www.xbox.com and now can't receive it on my
    Xbox One.

    All I can see is that it stucks on the download queue for Xbox 360

    I don't have Xbox 360 anymore, only Xbox one.

    Can you help me with that?

    Why it doesn't download?

    Wtf is going on?

    Also, tried to contact support, he was a moron.

    Avatar items and multiple Profiles

    Avatar (marketplace) items are tied to the account they are download on, they can't be used by other accounts on the same console.

    Maybe they could try some games that have avatar awards.

    The only DLC you can't share is avatar items. That is limited to the tag that downloads it only.
