    Can't download Avatar to the Xbox One


    Hello!

    Recently I have received code to activate exclusive Yarny avatar from the Unravel game.

    I redeemed that code on www.xbox.com and now can't receive it on my Xbox One.

    All I can see is that it stucks on the download queue for Xbox 360 (Вход в учетную запись Майкрософт)



    There is only notice in the orange square: "Awaiting download of the element to a console"

    I don't have Xbox 360 anymore, only Xbox one.

    Can you help me with that?

    Why is it not downloading?

    License transfer

    One of my xbl accounts was banned. forever. because of my avatar color. And now i can't download any games/dlc's that i bought because i can't sign in to xbox live.

    Is there a way to transfer licenses from a banned account to another one, or did i just get robbed more than $350 worth of downloads for changing my avatar skin color.

    P.S: quoting the xbl terms of use means you have no soul and approve of this electronic con.

    You can't have avatar rewards on the Xbox One without more avatar support, Goth. :|

    It should have downloaded the avatar item the moment you redeemed it. Did you go to your profile and customize your avatar to see if it's there?

    Maybe, but I can't find it anywhere in the Avatar app. I was clicking all the menus in that.

    Do you exactly know where I can find it if it will eventually downloaded?

    Yeah, it was exactly under the props.

    I was confused about stuck download that even didn't looked up the whole menus.

    Pretty much the same for me, I've now got 2 different avatars one on the 360 with my avatar awards and one on the Xbox One refusing to update, I can't change the Xbox One version as the avatar awards are missing.

    I just got that option from the avatar items. I can't find the download to xbox 360 option from the game, I tried the other games too but that option just appeard on the game add-ons.

    You can't use anything for a gamer picture other than the icons that came with your Xbox, the ones available on the marketplace, or the the ones you create with your avatar in the avatar editor.
