    Can't download AOE 2: DE from MS Store PC


    Hi all,

    Hopefully someone can help with this. Tech Support recommended I try posting through here.

    When attempting to download AoE 2: DE on PC, I keep receiving Code: 0x800704C6. It downloads 281.4MB/12.55GB and then freezes before giving that code without any context. I am able to download any other game or update.

    I have tried clean boot, resetting the store, uninstalling the store, WSReset.exe etc etc. but NOTHING is working. Literally if it's on the website in troubleshooting, I've tried it. I've been on support chats and calls for hours and about to give up.

    Does anyone have any suggestions or further ideas for how this might get fixed?

    This is really sad, I was having an issue with starting the game (xbox login), followed MS advice and uninstalled aoe DE. Now, it's not even allowing me to download it again from MS Store.

    Im stuck on download too, the XBOX app gives no specific error so I tried MS Store and its stuck on 231.9MB similar problem happened when I tried to download AoE 2 : DE It seems like a common thing with GamePass, going back to PS4 and Steam I guess.
