can't download anything "try again later something happened on our end"

I'm having the exact same problem. Same message and everything. I've done just about everythjng I can think of and googled and have spent over 2.5 hrs on the phone with xbox support only to be told to try again the next day. Its only been 3 days for me.
Not good to hear its been over 2 weeks for you. Its very frustrating. Xbox needs to get this fixed cause the console is useless.

Still not able to download on console or PC, won't even show my purchased games. This all started after the last crash a couple weeks ago.

I've tried another account and same issue even after reset and only using new profile. It doesn't work with any apps or games I try to download. Also I just renewed my xbox live at the end of January right before this started happening. I have also tried
going to someone else's house with a different internet company and it didn't work there either, but their profile on their xbox works fine.

Have you reset you modem or router when you reset the consoles? Sometimes that will fix the problem when everything was reset
