Can't download anything after system update.

This is really starting to *** me off. The past 4 "Games With Gold" offers I tried downloading, before they even got to 1% it just pops up with "Can't download" and I just gave up on trying after the 50th try without exaggeration.

Now I'm trying to download Black Ops 2 which I just bought and after waiting all day it got to 72% and a system update suddenly forced me offline to download that instead.

Now, every time I try to redownload Black Ops 2 the same thing happens, "Can't download" pops up after a minute and it's removed from my active downloads.

I've tried everything, resetting the cache, resetting my xbox, resetting the router, deleting and redownloading my profile as the actual Microsoft chat folks insisted I do. It's impossible to plug it in to the router so it's on wifi, but my xbox is getting
the full attention of my network at 3Mbps. Yes the region is correct. Yes I've tried deleting the partially-downloaded file dozens of times for every other game that's file. None of that ever works. My connection is perfectly sufficient to download things
since this only became a problem this past winter. And my hard drive has 25GB left.

Direct chat with Microsoft is absolutely no help, so someone PLEASE suggest a fix for this that I haven't tried. For a paid service, this is utter trash.

Can't download digital games anymore

I can't download any digital games or updates anymore after the latest system update. Every download ends in "installation stopped" immediately after hitting download. I've cleared local save data, reset the console, unplugged it, I have plenty of storage
left. It only started after this newest update.

Also when you say you have a matching region do you mean the continent or the country?

Fyi us foreign bases dont count

So if you are in spain but have an uk account that wont work

Most of the games for gold are region locked

 

Also id your connection is only 3mbs is it an lte connection?

If its lte then its the connection

For larger downloads you must have a broadband connection since lte isntnconsistent

 

I have a US account in the US....

This has been a problem since before the preview updates.

And my connection is DSL.

 

I feel your pain, having the same problems. FWIW I can download fine on my Xbox One, PS4 etc... But I keep getting "Can't download" messages trying to download stuff on my 360. Yes I do have pretty bad internet 3mb download but it has never been a problem
before, and like I said all my other consoles download fine although slowly obviously. I am also in the preview program and while I can't say for sure it seems like the problem started right around the time I got into the program.
