    Can't download any games with gold


    Hi, I can't download any games with gold from xbox.com. I tried with the xbox one games and the xbox 360 games, but then it tells me "spiacenti, il tuo abbonamento non consente di effettuare questo tipo di acquisto da xbox.com. Completa la transazione sulla
    tua xbox." (Sorry , your subscription is unable to make this kind of purchase from xbox.com . Complete the transaction on your xbox). From my xbox one I can download the xbox one free games, but if I try to download the games for xbox 360 it tells me to try
    from xbox.com. So, what can I do?

    P.s. I don't have a xbox 360

    Found the reason. You can't have two people login for whatever reason.

    I have Xbox Live (Expires 11/2017) and I got to the Games with Gold on the Xbox 1. I click on the game (Evolve Ultimate Edition) and select the "Free* with Gold." When I click on it the system takes me back to the Games with Gold menu with the three games
    and other deals with gold.

    How do I download the game?

    Ya for certain titles you need to have an xbox 360 registered to you're account

    Simply borrow an console or rent one and make a free purchase as long as the account region console region and actual region match

    Then you will be good

    Otherwise you will have to waiting for the next title

    Maybe your trial has run out.

    You have to have an active xbox live gold subscription to download & play games with gold,you can't download them on a trial.

    Are there any gold accounts on your console?

    Games With Gold games are only available on Xbox 360 and Xbox One and are only downloadable from the consoles, you can't get them any other way.
