Cant download any games after buying game pass ultimate

Every time i try to download a game through the Xbox (beta) app I get a 0x80070057 or 0x00000001

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both direct from store and from the webpage, I've reset the PC, my windows 10 is fully up to date, I've got over 300gb of free space

This started last night just after i brought the ultimate pass, it was previously fine on the normal pass

tired all of the above, nothing is working currently still getting error messages and the store just freezes if i try to download directly from it.

now games that i had downloaded previously no longer launch

One step better than using just the Windows troubleshooter is to

Windows+R "wsreset"

That cleared up my problem that was the same as yours. I also cleared out the cache on my android apps, both Xbox (beta) and Game Pass (beta).

Then all were happy.
