Can't download any game (0x87e0000d)

Hi, I just bought this xbox. However, I couldn't download/install any game as it always pops up error code 0x87e0000d. Tried re-boot a few times but it doesn't work. Please help. Wondering whether it's my device issue or not

Please help me, I have seen others as well post a message about this issue.

Any time I attempt to download any game, it sits at 0%, gives me an error code known as 0x87e0000d or even just restarts the download and once again either sits at 0% or gives me 0x87e0000d.

I have searched up this error code on
https://support.xbox.com/en-US/error-code-lookup?code=0x87e0000d and "Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0x87e0000d".".

I have also seen many other people post about this error code quite recently today.

Please do something about this because my mother didn't buy my father an xbone for nothing.

Hi,every one,I have got a problem,when I use a external hard drive on my xboxone.it found a error 0x87E0000D,couldn't download any game from the store,but only use the disk is ok.

everytime I try to download game,it shows me check the game's doc info,and error 0x87E0000D......also I try download the app likes twiter,it's ok...

what is the problem,could anyone have a idea to help me?
