Cant download any age rated games EVEN though I am nearly 40

I just signed up for the gamepass, downloaded the app and was instantly unable to download a PEGI-12 game (said I needed an adult to sign in to download). Strange thing though I am the family organiser in my family group and am also nearly 40 but I cannot change MY OWN consent, I cant leave the group as I need to remove consent which I cant do so once again I am stuck due to Microsoft constant desire to make this convoluted system that never seems to benefit its users. When searching for help about consent it just tells me to change my childs age consent. The stupid thing with this is my 12 year old son has more permissions than myself.

Any advice/help would be appreciated as I cannot use this service at all.

Fill out the info (even if current DOB on account is correct) & submit

Open up Game Pass app on PC, log out of account

Sign back into account

when i go on EA servers it wil say i am under age and when i try downloading a game it will be rated M and i cant download even thought my account is set to adult

it says i cant download a fighting game that is teen rated and it says i am not permitted to buy this age content but i am like 15

I am aware that the EA servers will only allow players of the age of 13 to play online. This is not the case, I have rung them and asked for my details and my age is 18 on there books. I am well aware of the problem. After chatting to a support agent yesterday
the status code presented meant that my account was a child account and that is why I am infringed from playing Battlefield 3 online. The thing is Even though my date of birth is incorrect on my XBL account it still says that I am 14 years of age, and even
if I want to download a G rated movie that is FREE I am still not allowed to download because I have a "child account" xbox stuffed me up big time

That is not true. I cannot download M-rated content, no matter whether it is a demo or not. I am listed as "adult" in the Privacy and Online Settings, even though I am only 15. My email reflects that, and because of that, I cannot download M-rated content.
