Can't download all costumes from DOA5LR Last Getaway set

So the Last Getaway set for Dead or Alive 5 Last Round was released today. Bought the entire pack, but downloading it gives an error. No worries, I can install each costume seperately, right? Well, all costumes but Christie Showstoppers and Beach Party Kokoro
can be downloaded, I'm asked to pay again. Fix this, guys. I've had so much trouble downloading the DLC for this game, it's not funny anymore.

Problems with DLC - DOA5 Ultimate - Complete Costumes

Guys, yesterday I bought Complete DOA5 Costumes, that says: "Get all 81 costumes from DOA5 in one convenient set! This set includes the following costumes: Player's Swimwear, Hotties Swimwear, Hot Getaway, Uniform, Gym Class, Cheerleader, Christmas
Set Note: This costume was originally distributed for Dead or Alive 5. Please confirm you do not already own this costume before purchasing."

BUT, Momiji, Rachel and Marie Rose aren't with costumes! Well, I bought for all chars right? What can I do now? I'm from Brazil, and can't even send an email to Xbox, or receive a call. Momiji, Rachel and Marie Rose has Christmas and other costumes that
are in this dlc.

Hope to receive a answer.

DOA Starter Set 2 + Characters pack has no character unlock content

So. I need purchase the DOA5LR Full Game?it is something....

The DOALR5 full game doesn't need a unlock. The Full version of DOA5LR already include all Characters, Music and story mode. We don't need to re-purchase anything, it is 39.99 $. if some one has FullGame; if the Starter Set 2 really need a FullGame, that
means, who bought this game, in fact, what really new for the player is just 98 costumes, which currently 55$ in xbox store.

and still, the starter set 2 is able to unlock the story mode in DOALR core fighter. like it is described.

Last question. can I cancel the orders?

I too have this problem... I purchased the DOA5LR Ultimate Content Bundle on my XBox One, I have all the costumes except for Tina #27 (Tropical Paradise) and Sarah #11 (Halloween).

If I go to Tina's #27 costume in the store, it says I have to pay $1.99 for it, although I already paid for it in the bundle.

I can't even find Sarah's #11 costume in the store, it's only available in bundles.

Team Ninja has confirmed that over 400 costumes will be in the game, including 31 new to Last Round.[2] These new costumes were designed by fans as part of Team Ninja's Designers Challenge. As in Ultimate Arcade,
players can choose different hairstyles and accessories from a sub-menu in the character select screen. Last Round will include new optional hairstyles for some characters, including Kasumi, Kokoro, Hitomi, Tina and Mila. The Costume Options menu and new hairstyles
will only be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions.

Most Dead or Alive 5 DLC costumes are included (all but the Hot Getaway Packs), as well as the following Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate DLC costume packs by default via unlockable:[3]
