can't download ACIV

Discus and support can't download ACIV in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi everyone! I am having this problem since I tried to download Assassin's creed black flag with the free games with gold stuff... There is a similar...     can't download ACIV


    Hi everyone!

    I am having this problem since I tried to download Assassin's creed black flag with the free games with gold stuff...

    There is a similar problem from someone else here.

    My problem is quite different, when I try to download, it starts downloading with no problems, but if I turn the console off (I mean turn it into sleep to download) and when I turn it on again it tries to load the downloading progress but then it fails and
    says "Cant download Assassin's creed 4". It was surely downloading when it was off because my list was empty (except this download) and if it couldn't download something it should turn off automatically. but it didn't.

    It happens the same if I completely turn the console off.

    I've tried
    this     too but it didn't work.

    This problem is ONLY with this game... I've downloaded very larger games last week with no problem... but this one frustrates me. (because I love this game)

    New X-Box one wont update.

    Okay, problem solved, update ran and X1 is working without problems. Must have been a XBL problem. ACIV looks amazing, can't wait till Unity is available. NFS Rivals also entertaining.

    Hi there.. i had no problem downloading AC blackflag, but since then if have been unable to download any free game from Gold.!! All i get is 'cant download' followed by the name of the game i'm trying to download. At the moment it's Thief. To say i'm sick
    of this problem is an understatement.!! Have tried downloading online to, but the same thing happens.

    I'm sorry to hear about the achievement frustrations. We have a thread with information regarding
    issues unlocking achievements. Read through all the steps listed and follow them in order. If nothing there
    resolves the issue, be sure to fill out the survey in the final step. That information is collected and passed along to the appropriate teams for investigation. Do note that it does not guarantee a resolution, however.
