Cant download account on backwards compatible games 8015190A

As some additional information. to the answer already specified.

The backward compatible game while it is the same game the download is basically different version of the game, being the backward compatible version of the game. This is also the reason why inserting a backward compatible game via disc will result in the
backward compatible version being downloaded (disk is still required to start the game)

So in order for you to download that backward compatible version you will have to login to the Xbox Live Account that is used on the 360, which allows you to download backward compatible games that you own.

I cant even download a backwards compatible it says i cant make this purchase on xbox.com but im already on my console

any content that is backwards compatible and purchased digitally with your Xbox Live Account should be visible in the Ready to Install section on the Xbox One.

What’s the specific error code/message you receive when trying to sign in? 80151103 and 8015190A are some of the most common error codes for account access issues on Xbox 360 (and Xbox One and Series X|S consoles through backwards compatible games).

Also, are you able to successfully sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/ and https://www.xbox.com/?

If you have the game on X360, you can download it on X1 with same account on

backward-compatibility version.
