    Can't download a game on GamePass because of age restrictions that I haven't set up.


    I've seen this issue online and the only fix for other people was by updating their date of birth (even though they were old enough in the first place) I've triedc to do this but I had to change my secondary email as I don't use the one that it was currently set to anymore. I've since discorvered that it takes 30 days for any security info to change. I understand why this is in place but it's very annoying, I just wanted to play Crusader Kings 3! haha. Any chance someone could update my date of birth for me so I can atleast play the games I want without having to wait a month before I can download them?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to yours. If there is none, simply repair and reset the Xbox App by following the steps below:

    Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search “Xbox” > Advanced Options > Repair > Reset.

    After that sign in then try again.

    You can't as es goes by your xbox age which also can't be changed. The servers will tell you incorrect age and ask you to fix it

    Ea and any private servers can set age restriction that is their legal right. For m rated games the restriction is 18+ hence the rating
