Can't download a game my brother bought with his home account on my Xbox One.

I am 100% positive the pre-downloads for Doom are available right now. My brother did download it. And I did too using his account.

Even if it weren't it wouldn't change the fact that I could still have access to the game, I shouldn't see the price tag on it.

Again, that is most likely because the pre-download for the game hasn't even gone out yet. You may want to try it closer to the launch date next week.

Hi! We finally made it works. We've been trying different things and at some point I realised, when logged on his account, that for some unknown reason, my xbox didn't have a home account anymore! I NEVER changed that for years, have no idea why it happened.
So I just re-assigned it to his account and then everything worked.

Note that weirdly enough, even when his account wasn't linked to my xbox, I could still play other games he bought in past when logged only on my account, which is why I didn't bother double checking that before.

Anyway it works now, thanks everyone for your help!

I see the price tag on mine but, like I said, IT WORKS all the time normally, he is the home account on my box and it makes it so that I can get all his game.

I can get all of his other games. Just not this one.

Preorders on a home account are a whole other deal.
