    Cant Download A Game It Says Have an Adult do it...


    Im 44 and I dont have family members connected!!?? I have my real birthday in my Microsoft account... Not sure what to do to download and install this game but im not calling my 82 year old dad to do it. Please if anyone knows where something could be off with a date? Thank you.

    Are you trying to download a game on your PC? If yes, please try this.

    Open Settings then System -> Apps -> Apps & features -> look for Microsoft Store and click it. ->The advanced options link will appear. Click it. -> On the next page, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store to default settings.

    After that, kindly sign out and sign back in on the Microsoft store app and the Xbox app.

    In case the issue still persist, Can you check your privacy settings please?

    Make sure that under Privacy, Xbox One/ Windows 10 online safety, everything is set as ALLOW and EVERYONE.

    what about downloads i have changed mine and i still cant download? it says its an adult account but when i try download it says downlads are prohibited on a child account ?
