Discus and support cant download 360 games w/ gold on my xbox one in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; as the title states, when i try to download it says "show price" then it says "no vaild payment option" please help and thanks in advance....     Where is my Gold games got on Xbox One?

    Hello,

    I have Gold subscription, and download free gold games on xbox one (one and 360)

    But today I logon on 360 and cant find any available for download games.

    Why? I was expecting get my 360 games. Is it possible?

    If you do not have a credit/debit card or PayPal account on file, you would need to use an actual Xbox 360 console to "purchase" the game, after which you could download it on Xbox One.

    The Xbox One uses a web wrapper for its Xbox 360 store, essentially just
    http://marketplace.xbox.com/    , which does not recognise the funds in your Microsoft Account as a "valid payment method", only a credit/debit card or PayPal account.

    Is there any chance you can help me out with getting Saints Row 4

    i did, i was told to wait till the next game and see if the issue was still happening with other free with gold 360 games. It is the same still, i cant get grid ether.

    The issue that 360 backwards compatible games are just not alloing me to download them, on my 360 one or pc despite still having gold and working for any xbox one game with gold

    You could invest in a external hard drive, then sign in and download the FREE games w gold on any device each month... No matter if you ditch the 360, (GWG 360 games are yours now for free forever on X1 or 360, regaurdless of gold membership, plus two more
    X1 free games) their all still free on your Xbox One...

    A eula update doesn't affect that

    You said you cant download 360 games with gold

    Since 360 games with gold requires different parents permissions and xbox one family settings rent compatible then no you don't have a choice you must use an adult account if you have a child account to download it
